Mother to son poem

 Today I learned how to understand the themes and meanings of poems. In a poem we read today the theme was about life being difficult but even know it is, keep pushing.

 Today I stayed home because my mom went out of town. I had to watch my there siblings while my other two siblings went to school. I did the bell ringer, and some other work for another class. It was kind of stressful today because I had to watch 3 toddlers but I’ve done it before so it isn’t that hard.

The Rockpile test

 Today we took a test on the rock pile. We had 24 questions in total and I missed 4. After I finished I got a 24 which meant I got a 83%. The rock pile was a good story highlighting the struggles of families and how things sometimes aren’t fair. After school ends today I will be going to a gymnastics meet.

I am nobody

 Today we read a poem called “I am nobody! Who are you?” I believe I am nobody because being nobody means to be yourself. I don’t follow the standards of society, and I don’t try to fit in with everyone.
